Each ring is ruled/overseen by a ruler - Lucifer (Pride), Satan (Wrath), Beelzebub (Gluttony), Mammon (Greed), Asmodeus (Lust), Leviathan (Envy), & Belphegor (Sloth)
Hazbin Hotel takes place in Pentagram City, in the Pride ring. This area is divided by Overlords who have their own territories. This is the ring where most if not all Sinners live.
